Our Horses

Our horses come from a variety of situations. Some are donated when they are ready to retire from regular work, or have issues that may not allow them to be ridden in regular work but they do great with light riding! 

We also rescue horses that come from neglect or rescue situations! 

Most of the rescues were destined for meat, or were unwanted or neglected. We rescue, nurse them back to health if needed, train or retrain, and then they are assessed to see if they will fit into the program. Horses who are not quite cut out for therapy work or kids are rehomed to new families ❤️

We believe that every horse deserves a second chance!
